We are manufacturing full range of bathroom products with 3 types of material.modified acrylic solid surface matte finishing(ATH+Isophthalic Unsaturated Resin), Stone resin glossy finishing(Ca+Unsaturated resin+Ashland gelcoat) and PMMA solid surface matte & glossy finishing.(ATH+PMMA). And modified acrylic solid surface is the best popular material.

Our factory standard is neutral packing. For solid surface bathtub, foam +carton +wooden case; for solid surface basin, foam +carton. And different country or clients will have their own packing way and please let us know before you place an order.

Yes, we offer customized package design for solid surface furniture. And please offer your AI file for your carton design.
5.How long it takes to build a new tub or basin mould?
For solid surface bathtubs, 35 days per mould; for solid surface basins, 25 days per mould. And solid surface assemble basins or cabinets, they are no need mold, but before production, we need the specific drawing and confirm with you side.
6.How many quantity of solid surface bathtubs and basins for a container?
For solid surface bathtubs, regular 18pcs and dozens of solid surface basin or cabinets for 1*20FT container; 39 solid surface bathtubs & hundreds of solid surface sinks for cabinets for 1*40HQ container.
7.How long is the lead time?
30 days for 1*20FT container ; 35 days for 1*40HQ container basis on solid surface bathtubs production leadtime. And for full container of solid surface sinks, solid surface assembled basins or cabinets, the leadtime will last longer than bathtubs.

Of course, To make sure your order is under smooth processing. And everything is in good condition. you may come by yourself or authorize a third party to inspect production processing workshop of solid surface products or final solid surface products.
