10 Years Material Developments Of JINGZUN SOLID SURFACE BATHS
JINGZUN BATH, in 2007,as the first factory in China started our baths manufacturing business with stone resin with gloss finishing mainly for Europe market. Then in year of 2010, we develop modified acrylic solid surface material which is better performance on matte surface and modern looking meet market demands. And in 2010, PMMA solid surface was developed which is very strong physical and chemical properties and performance well on UV resistance.
2016 Superior Modified Acrylic Solid Surface 5-6 year no yellow warrentyIn year of 2016, we reseach and develope a superior resin named Isophthalic Unsaterated Resin to take place of regular Unsaturated Resin which is higher performance on chemical and physical properties. So now our modified acrylic solid surface won't turn yellow within 5-6 years.

Difference formula Pure ATH. No impurity,no pore,low failure rate.
Since we research and develop PMMA solid surface material in 2012, for these years coming, we found PMMA solid surface is easy to get pores and impurities on the surface during product processes which will increase failure rate. So in the beginning of 2017, we found the root of the problem lies in ATH and we improve the ATH formula and now our superior PMMA solid surface performance good on impurity and pore problems. And the result of failure rate turns much better now.

Products Material Optional of JINGZUN SOLID SURFACE BATHS
There are three types of material, glossy stone resin, matte solid surface and matte or glossy PMMA solid surface. Due to defferent processes, regularly, 86 series tubs, 90 series casting basins & 20 series free standing basin belong to mold casting products which are available for three types of materials, while 10 series assembled basins & 60 series assembled cabinets are glue-made assembled products and only available for modified acrylic solid surface material.

Compared to other materials bathtub and basin, solid surface bathtub and basin got a incredible advantage that they are repairable with some simple tools and our guidelines. So when the end user meet some scratch on the surface of solid surface bathtub or sink, they can repair them rather than replaicing it.
Daily Scratches Repair Guidelines
Some daily colored or light scratch happen, only sanding paper is required to sand it off easily our guidelines shown.( Sanding papper will deliver with products)
Damages scratches repair guidelines
For some deep damage scratch, end user also could repair with simple tools and special repair glue offered by us.
