Jinzun factory established in 2007, located in Huizhou City, Guanggond Province, (516127)China, covering 12,000 square meters with over 100 skilled worker, is specialized in solid surface bath products.

Here, you can visit our showroom displayed hot-sale or new design, full range of solid surface bathtub, solid surface basin, solid surface cabinet and other solid surface bathroom accessories over 100 designs.

And there are 7 workshops: casting workshop, cutting workshop, sanding workshop, Inspection workshop, packing & storage workshop,assembling workshop, and mold building workshop.


1.Casting workshop equips with 2 advanced vacuum casting machines and dozens molds which can output 1*40 container solid surface products.


2.Cutting workshop. After demold, the semi solid surface bathtub or basin will be sent to cutting workshop to cut to the specific size, then will be sent to sanding workshop for sanding.


3.Sanding workshop. Handcraft man will repeat sand, check and mark the unqualified part, then remove and repair from front to back till the solid surface basin reach our Jingzun Solid Surface Products Inspection Standard. Then solid surface basin will be sent to QC workshop for inspection.


4.Inspection workshop: QC will inspect the solid surface basin or bathtub according to our Jingzun Solid Surface Product Inspection Standard. Final qualified solid surface products with qualified stamp will be sent to packing workshop and unqualified products will be sent back to sanding workshop for processing again.


5.Packing & storage workshop. The final qualified solid surface bathtub and basin will be cleaned, packed and storage waiting for shipping. Solid surface white matte bathtub and basin will be attached with a abrasive paper inside very package for daily maintenance by end user.

Solid surface basin, cabinet and other bathroom accessories packing way: PE bag+foam+carton;

Solid surface bathtub and solid surface freestanding basin packing way: foam+PE wrapping+carton+ply wooden case.


6.Assembling workshop. Handicraft men assemble seamless cabinet and basin with solid surface panels according clients’ drawing. It requires higher skill like precise size, assembling skill and time controlling. Then the semi assembling products will also sent to sanding workshop for processing.


7. Mold building workshop. We have our own mold building workshop for master model and molds. They build mold and do mold daily maintenance.

Stone resin (white gloss): Resin+Ca+ gel coat painting
